Lifting goals / PRs / general advice

So who in here isn't a lazy bastard that plays rs all day and actually does something?

 

Post your body weight, height and 1 rm for big 3 + clean and or snatch if you do that.

 

If you're still new post your realistic goals, maybe share any obscure advice you might have for people bulking / cutting, ect. 

 

I'll start on my PRs

BW @ 165 lbs

Squat 345

Bench 225

DL 375

PC 240

 

Like 50 lbs away from 1k club @165 lb body weight so that's my goal within next few months. Once school stops late may I'm going to try to bulk to 180 ish for the football season.

 

btw we use freedom units here no kilograms or centimeters

I'm still a lazy bastard ngl. No goals rn, probably gonna lose a good amount of strength when I restart cardio to rejoin military again. I just lift cause I enjoy doing it & it keeps me healthy with all the food I have to prep beforehand.

I usually bench around 4 plates

I don't do anything else cause benching is life

Also I wear this when i bench irl

I dont go too heavy since I do kickboxing aswell, I am not really into the bodybuilding look, Im more into the fitness type of physique but I gotta stay flexible aswell for the kickboxing so I train with supersets, high intensity workouts so I never go with max benchpresses,deadlifts,squats etc...

 

Some numbers I often train with:

BW: 165lbs

BP: 242lbs

Squats: 310 (Something I dont do often with this weight since I dont wanna fuck up my knees in a long run+I use my legs allot for kickboxing cant walk around like I have been fucked in the ass after a legsworkout and I feel like when I go too heavy I lose focus on the form of the exercise I feel the pain much better when I go less weight, I go deeper with good form really feel the burn+ I need to be able to continue with the exercises non stop since I do supersets).

 

Goal: Keeping the aesthetic and lean look with fuller/thicker muscle mass, I dont rlly do bulking/cutting Im not that strict in my diet in the winter but when summer comes I take it more serious with just 1cheatmeal/refeed a week max.

 

You can hit me up with questions if you have any since I have been working out for almost 4years non stop with proper diets and known fitness models/bodybuilders like Tavi Castro/Roelly Winklaar, I do train allot friends and people in the gym aswell.

OT: In your American units and terms I'm to lay to write out on my phone my goals and stats, but playing football and going to the gym to keep lean does me sound

Do the normal shit wid dumbell curls etc...
