Lifting goals / PRs / general advice

Recommended Posts

Big Mo

Currently suffering with a trap injury and also a wrist problem.

I stopped lifting for 2 years which fucked me hard. 2 months back in currently cutting down.

BW  is 216 lbs, cutting atm.

Squat 300, dont rlly go heavy due to no gym partner and don't want to risk.

Bench 220, also not rlly going heavy also due to no gym partner atm

Deadlift - 310 pounds atm with a trap injury

These numbers are kinda shit atm considering I was doing similar weights when i was 17-18 lol.

Will update in  3-4 months as I am far from my best.

some advice, if you are a newcomer to bodybuilding etc dont go too heavy, focus on muscle contraction and your nutrition.

current goals are getting down to 190 lbs and maintaining that while building muscle back.

may be inaccurate since i havent hit up gym in literally months, it's almost been a fucking year lmfao

last time i weighed myself: 86kg/around 190lb (got a bit chubby)

dl: i barely did dl due to bad posture honestly, it felt like it hurt my back too much

squat: did max 110kg which is like 242lb, didnt go harder than that cos i have an injury in my right leg

bench: 120kg/264lb not on a smith machine (where the bar weighs 0 and helps you balance so you literally only balance it)

one thing i was proud of out of myself was doing back rows of 48kg (105lb)

this was around a while ago, i only went gym religiously for a little bit before losing interest due to lack of time

hopefully i can get back into it soon
