Although GTA created a large world in which almost anything was possible, I don't think you guys are really looking into it enough. If we look at when GTA really hit big time, it had already released 3 titles (1, 2 and London) on the pc before anyone really noticed them. They created something new with 3 followed by vice city and san andreas on the PS2, however having an already established title I don't see that as much of an achievement.

Halo on the other hand redefined FPS game play in a time when Sony had the most popular gaming console on the market. Halo was the reason many people bought xbox consoles and was the reason many people bought Live on the original Xbox (Halo 2 ofc, as Combat Evolved had no online play). It set new visual standards, created one of the biggest online gaming communities (Bungie forums) and is generally considered a Gaming masterpiece.

For the other I voted Zelda, because it held strong against Pokemon which took the world by storm and is still here today.

Def. Halo and Zelda. Halo 2 was fucking ownage and so was Halo 3. Even Halo 1 was the bomb.

Zelda was just a classic. Was a lot harder though picking for the old consoles.

Still play Pokemon (Platinum and Heartgold, my only 2 games for my DS), that was easy.

As for the first question, voted FIFA but it was a pretty apathetic vote. :kanye:
